I am working to configure TFS 2018/2019 - Azure devops 2019 version . Currently i have toad for oracle 13.1.1 and but see TFS 2017 as one option.
As other option when i looked for the visual studio team services it has the default url
https://<<accountname>>.visualstudio.com/DefaultCollection.
Please suggest me on proceeding with the intergration of team coding with the tfs server.
