Getting error on MTA CMBMConn::Session Error -2147215278 Cannot create MAPI Session object.

The MSA is working fine and mailbox PSTs are created however on MTA below error occurs:

CMBMConn::Session Error -2147215278 Cannot create MAPI Session object.

CMBMConn::CreateSystemSession Error 91 Object variable or With block variable not set
