How can i read a log file with a size of 15 giga-bytes?

I am using toad for sql server 5.0.1.554. I am trying to read a big size sql server log file (15 GB), but at the fourth step ("Read log records"), i'm getting the following message: "Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation". How can i read a log file with a size of 15 giga-bytes? When i try with a sql server log file of 1 mega-byte, i get the results. How can i read a sql server log file with the size of 15 giga-bytes? Thank you
